Return & Refund Policy

At HelpBro, your satisfaction is our priority. However, returns and refunds are only accepted in the following valid scenarios:

• Returns are only allowed for manufacturing defects or missing components.
• A clear unboxing video is required — recorded from the moment the package is opened — as proof.
• You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
• You must submit all required proof and details before the 3-day return period expires to be eligible for a return.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless it’s our fault.
• If verified that the mistake is from our end, we will issue a full refund or replace the product, including return shipping charges.
• Returns are not accepted for issues like wrong usage, accidental damage, sizing problems, or if the video proof is not valid.
